Eligibility for Returns

Unused and Unopened Products
Products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition. Packaging must be intact, without tampered seals or labels, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Deadline
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for products purchased after this period.
